Delivery to a Safe Space: Our dedicated couriers always strive to leave your bouquet in a safe space at the delivery address. However, there may be instances where this is not possible due to various factors, such as unavailability or lack of a suitable location. In such cases, the bouquet is returned to the depot to ensure its security. A note will be left to the receiver to pick up the bouquet at the depot.
To avoid this, we recommend sending the Track&Trace link to the receiver, so they can see the status of the delivery and change the delivery date if needed.
